These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://ssaccountingpro.com (the “Site”) and inquiries submitted through the Site. These Terms do not, by themselves, govern professional services. Any professional services require a separate written engagement agreement.
1. ABOUT US
SS Accounting Pro is the website and brand name used by Shaikh Logistics LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as SS Accounting Services (“SS Accounting Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide bookkeeping, accounting support, payroll support, and business tax support. Nothing on the Site represents that we hold a professional license or credential unless the Site expressly states that we do.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY
The Site provides general information about our business and services. Site content is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for advice based on your specific facts and circumstances. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting or refraining from acting based on Site content.
4. NO PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Visiting the Site, submitting a form, sending an email, making a telephone inquiry, or receiving a response does not create an accountant-client, tax advisor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A professional relationship begins only after we and the client have accepted a written engagement letter, proposal, or other service agreement.
Do not send passwords, tax identification numbers, financial account credentials, or other highly sensitive or confidential information through a general Site form or ordinary email unless we request it and provide an appropriate method for transmission.
5. SERVICES AND SEPARATE ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENTS
The scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, fees, payment terms, timing, responsibilities, cancellation rights, refund terms, limitations of liability, and termination provisions for professional services will be stated in a separate written engagement agreement.
If these Terms conflict with an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls matters relating to the professional services covered by that agreement. These Terms continue to control use of the Site.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
A client receiving services is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information; providing requested records, access, and cooperation; reviewing reports and deliverables; making business and management decisions; safeguarding credentials; and complying with applicable laws and obligations. Unless an engagement agreement states otherwise, we may rely on information supplied by the client or the client’s representatives without independently verifying it.
7. FEES, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS
The Site does not currently sell professional services or accept payment for them online. Submitting an inquiry is not an order or purchase. Fees, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rights, and any refund eligibility are governed by the applicable written engagement agreement and applicable law. Because the Site does not sell physical goods, shipping, product return, and merchandise exchange terms do not apply.
8. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES
We do not guarantee any particular business result, tax outcome, refund, savings, audit result, financing result, profitability improvement, or completion date. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the accuracy and timeliness of information, client decisions, third-party actions, and changes in law or guidance.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may link to or interact with third-party websites, software, platforms, or service providers. Links and integrations are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the Site to violate law; infringe another person’s rights; submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful material; impersonate another person; introduce malware or harmful code; interfere with Site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or harvest information through automated means without permission; or misuse the Site’s forms, communications, or content.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use Site content for your own lawful evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
12. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Although we use reasonable measures to protect information, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. This section applies to the Site and does not replace warranties or obligations expressly stated in a written engagement agreement.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Site or your reliance on Site content. Any liability relating to professional services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaikh Logistics LLC, doing business as SS Accounting Services, and its owners, employees, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the Site that infringes another person’s rights.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the Site that is not governed by a separate engagement agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the “last updated” date. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Site after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Site. A signed engagement agreement constitutes the agreement concerning the professional services it covers and controls if it conflicts with these Terms on a matter relating to those services.
