SERVICE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

SS Accounting Pro is a website and brand operated by Shaikh Logistics LLC, doing business as SS Accounting Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Professional Services
We provide accounting, bookkeeping, payroll support, tax, and related professional services. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website; therefore, merchandise return and shipping provisions do not apply.

Website Inquiries
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, or communicating with us through this website does not constitute a purchase and does not automatically create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only after we accept the engagement and any required engagement agreement is completed.

Engagement Agreement Controls
The scope of services, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and other conditions for each engagement may be stated in a separate engagement letter, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with this policy, the terms of the specific engagement agreement will control.

Cancellation of Services
A client may request cancellation by contacting us in writing at info@ssaccounting.net. Cancellation becomes effective as provided in the applicable engagement agreement or, if the agreement does not address cancellation, when we receive and acknowledge the written request.
The client remains responsible for fees relating to:
• Services already completed;
• Work performed or in progress before cancellation;
• Time specifically reserved or committed to the engagement; and
• Government fees, software charges, and other third-party costs already incurred.

Refunds
Fees earned for completed services are non-refundable.
If advance payment was made and the engagement is cancelled before all services are completed, we will review the account. Any unearned balance remaining after deducting fees for work performed and costs already incurred will be refunded, unless the applicable engagement agreement provides otherwise.
Any refund that is due will generally be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

Tax Returns, Reports, and Filings
Fees for a tax return, report, filing, registration, or other completed professional work are non-refundable after the work has been substantially completed, delivered, authorized for filing, or filed.
Government filing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once paid or incurred, except when the government agency or third-party provider issues a refund.

Recurring Services
Monthly or recurring services may be cancelled according to the applicable engagement agreement. Cancellation does not eliminate amounts already due for services performed or expenses incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Billing Questions or Service Concerns
If you believe that you were billed incorrectly or have a concern regarding a service, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter in good faith and, where appropriate, correct billing errors or address service-related concerns.
